I’m going with the Reds here today they opened up +110 dogs and have moved all the way up to -127 favorites here with just 36% of the public on them.  Homer Bailey is a young talent that looked good at times last year, and he’ll face the Cubs who just got swept by the Pirates and combined for only 5 runs.  Look Silva has a 2.90 ERA this season and has been good but I think the novelty of him pitching in the NL is already running out.  In his last start he gave up 5 ER in 5IP vs. the Dbacks.  This is a Reds team that has a knack for winning games right now in dramatic fashion and I’ll back that kind of confidence.  Reds already faced Silva this year and if you remember this is a guy who had a 6.81 ERA and a 5-18 record in his previous two years with the Mariners.  Cubs are 16-35 in their last 51 as an under dog while the Reds are 23-5 in their last 28 vs. a team with a losing record.
